Order Fulfilment & Billing (both fresh season and in-season replenishment) :

• Checking stock in SCM/Warehouse report
• Coordinating with the billing team (Customer Service) for on time billing
• Coordinating with Adisports warehouse team for on time in-warding, and make sure that it reflects in the front end inventory to make it live on time

• Make monthly launch calendar and circulating the same with everyone in the team
• Coordinating with photoshoot agencies regarding the photoshoot
• Ensuring the images & content material is available well in advance before the launch
• Making sure the billing, in-wards, images & content is at least done a week in advance for the upcoming launches

• Advance excel
• Data analysis
• Coordination/Stakeholder management (SCM, CTC, Customer Service and Ecom Business team)
