Responsibilities:
- Sales Order creation & maintaining data as per SFDC & purchase order from customer.
- Creation & maintenance of part codes, control code of GOIN & taxes.
- Project dashboard for ongoing projects.
- RTS visibility to respective stakeholders & dispatch planning
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and communicate well with various partners on multiple projects
- Data collection, preparation, verification, validation, analysis, and report-out activities
- Weekly update on revenue tracker.
- Timely cleaning of SAP system.
- Conceptualize and build executive dashboards / reports, create calculation / data analysis templates, standardize reporting templates / formats
- RTS visibility to respective stakeholders & dispatch planning
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and communicate well with various partners on dispatches.
Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer with 0-3 yrs. experience in Production & Planning.
- Strong Analytical skills || data analysis, mining & reporting
- Command over MS Excel and other office tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Sincere & motivated individual
- Working Knowledge on SAP would be an advantage
