Role

Growth Marketing is one of the fastest-growing teams in Tata CLiQ, including functions such as Retention, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand Digital Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for Data Analysis and Business Insights across all the functions of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Create, automate & own all dashboards and centralized reports. Review the existing dashboards and drive improvements.
• Automate/streamline reporting processes along with various stakeholders
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Gather business insights leveraging technologies such as Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python & VBA and drive performance improvement measures along with business users

Qualification and Skills Required

• Hands-on Experience in Tableau, Adobe Omniture, MS Excel, and SQL -dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management.
• Possess excellent communication skills to independently lead communications with all stakeholders on the problem statement, possible solutions, intermediate issues, and overall status of work assigned.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
