Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support requests via telephone, ticket, or web in a timely manner.
  • Listen attentively to customers, manage resolutions, or direct them to the appropriate team.
  • Quickly learn support tools and systems to log and resolve customer requests.
  • Accurately record and log interactions and update account information.
  • Clarify customer complaints, determine root causes, and provide the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Management to maintain best communication practices.
  • Address customer questions about new products or services.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding & Implementation Consultants, and other teams to ensure excellent service.
  • Contribute to reducing customer churn and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with departments like Sales, Finance, and other CX teams.

  • Proven experience in customer-interacting roles.

  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with JIRA software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have experience in a customer-interacting role.
  • Must have advanced listening and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with JIRA is desired but not mandatory.
