Job Description:

Cactus Communications is looking for a Contractor, Customer Service to support its operations. This is a remote-first position, but travel to the Mumbai office may be required for business purposes or company events. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers in Arabic and translating customer feedback and other communications into English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers over phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to service, quality, payment, and platform queries.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services effectively.
  • Collect and translate feedback from Arabic-speaking customers into English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Negotiate with editing team managers to enhance client service experience.
