Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the agent is to provide service to customers via call, chat, or email and resolve their issues effectively. Candidates must have strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements:
- Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat, and electronic communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Flexibility to work in rotational US shifts (including midnight shifts).
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Students pursuing regular college courses are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory for documentation.
