Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, and billing-related queries through web-chat and email-based communication tools.
• Contacts can be from customers and shoppers
• Responsible for saving customers from deactivating the subscription of services & respond to other types of inquires
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully by established guidelines
• Responsible for documenting customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
• Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons, and other departments as appropriate

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Exposure:

• Preferred candidates with an understanding on eCommerce websites
• Should possess practical written communication skills and comprehension skills
