JOB ROLE:

• Work closely with Sales Ops team to support sales processes including standard work around Funnel Management.
• Implement the strategy partnering with IT and Sales team members.
• Co-operate with Global counterparts to look for proven methodologies.
• Incorporate industry proven practices in requirements analysis and system testing methodologies into standard work
• Participate in deployment projects as a configuration analyst.
• Document business requirements, process diagrams and flows, functional requirements and data mapping.
• Maintain salesforce application.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree Computer Science, Information Systems of related programs
• Salesforce administrator and platform app builder certifications required.
• Salesforce, CPQ and Other CRM Tools.
• Comfortable with Marketing Automation Tools like Marketo.
