Job Description:
- Handle moderate to complex inquiries related to policies and billing from internal or external customers.
- Provide accurate and professional service to resolve customer concerns.
- Document customer requests and process changes to policies.
- Facilitate first call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction on all transactions.
- Address routine, complex, and unique questions or issues.
- Maintain and update databases with customer information.
- Stay updated on new marketing campaigns and respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries.
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing changes to customer policies and identify cross-sale opportunities if applicable.
- Employ probing questions, actively listen to customer issues, show empathy, and handle requests regarding customer documentation.
- Possess working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience (Preferred).
