Role and Responsibilities
As a Data Capture Associate, you will be responsible for managing product data using Syndigo’s proprietary software to support our eCommerce clients. You will work with a team to achieve production goals and ensure the accuracy of product records in our database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review product images and identify information for accurate data capture.
- Enter necessary data and ensure it aligns with product packaging standards.
- Achieve a 95% accuracy rate or higher for data entry.
- Support team goals for nutrition and ingredient accuracy in product information.
- Process a daily average of 45+ products while maintaining quality and speed.
- Assist the team in meeting the 99% on-time goal for data completion.
- Gain fluency in one Core service area within 12 months (e.g., Intake Coding, Profiling, Custom Coding).
- Conduct audits on product data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a minimum typing speed of 50+ words per minute in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
- High typing speed (50+ WPM in English).
- Familiarity with CPG products and brands in North America or Europe.
- Flexibility in adapting to evolving technologies and requirements.
- Bonus Skills: Spanish or French language proficiency, advanced proofreading skills.
