TCS India: The brand value of TCS, estimated at $45.5 billion, placed it first, ahead of HDFC Bank ($32.7 billion) and Infosys ($29.2 billion), which took second and third place, respectively, respectively. Airtel, Asian Paints, State Bank of India, LIC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and Reliance Jio are among the other businesses that made the top ten list for brand value.
Following the pandemic, there was an increase in demand for automation and digital transformation on a global scale, which allowed TCS to take the top spot. Over half of the total value was accounted for by tech and banking brands. Six B2B technology brands and eleven consumer technology brands made up 35% of the total value.

According to a report, the top 10 brands in the country account for just over half of the ranking’s total value, while the top 75 brands are worth a combined $393 billion, or 11% of India’s national GDP.
“Clients are now looking to have more of their data and infrastructure on the cloud, are much more concerned about data security than before, are investing in AI, and are seeing the increasing emergence of service due to COVID. According to Kantar, the brand value of these companies increased by 81.8% between August 2014 and June 2022, while the equity index Sensex increased by 63.8%. The report continued, “There are 14 newcomers, from 11 categories, reflecting the diversity and dynamism of the Indian economy, including online gaming, education, apparel, and real estate.”
This year’s most valuable brands in India include Vi (15), which was formed by a merger between Vodafone and Idea. Byju’s (19) has overtaken Adani Gas as India’s most valuable education brand.
