The given figure illustrates the data of occupation done by the unsalaried persons per week in various classifications such as childcare, housework, and gardening. Overall, it is observed that men are working more than women even though they have more than four children.

It is evident that women without children are doing 30 hours of unpaid work compared to men with less than 20 hours. Furthermore, the Women who have 1-2 kids are doing the home works for around 50 hours a week, which is almost twice in contrast to men’s 18 hours. Last but not least, the men with 3+ Children are doing unsalaried jobs for only 16 hours, whereas the women perform the household jobs for 60 hours a week.

Overall, it is observed that even though the men are having children or not, they are doing unpaid jobs for less than 20 hours a week, which means the males are spending more time on work as they are the primary source for livelihood. In contrast, the costless work of Women is increasing rapidly based on the total number of children.
