Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate R&D data backbone digital tool changes by speaking to Business groups and ensure they do not impact the future fit systems, ensure right first-time data, regulatory compliances, sustainability commitments, and any other downstream business systems
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to evaluate changes to the digital systems, document business requirements and impact
- Liaise with external partners and vendors throughout the change lifecycle, to design, build, test, and deploy changes to the digital systems (Pack+ Formulation)
- Validate technical solutions against their design intent and log incidents where discrepancies arise
- Create training material to guide and upskill business users in the use of new/modified systems
- Support user groups within the Unilever business with the day-to-day use of the Digital systems like AWS and PLM
- Changes on RnD Data backbone platforms (SAP PLM + Pack Tools): Ensure that the committed Changes are delivered in Full on Time with good quality
- Prioritization: Set up a framework to prioritize the multiple change requests on various platform and manage user expectations
