Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ELT processes, and workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, Python, and PySpark to ensure efficient data delivery.
- Design and implement custom connectors for data ingestion from diverse sources, including structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement DataOps principles to ensure efficient data delivery.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated data integration and transformation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring timely issue resolution related to ingestion, transformation, and loading.
- Conduct data validation and testing for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Document data workflows, processes, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing and governance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, Apache Airflow, Trino, Hive, Snowflake, Agile Scrum.
- Experience in data transformation, integration, and management using Apache Airflow.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Expertise in web scraping, OCR-based data extraction, and NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Apache SuperSet.
- Experience with real-time data processing technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka).
- Strong knowledge of software development principles including version control (e.g., Git).
Optional Skills
- Experience with Linux, Openshift, Kubernetes, Superset.
