  • Graduate from a recognized university with 18 years of work experience
  • MBA from a recognized University (2-year full-time course or 3-year part-time course) with 15 years of work experience
  • Experience in passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
2. Duty Officer
  • Graduate from a recognized university with 12 years’ experience.
  • Experience in passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
3. Jr. Officer Graduate/ Bachelors Degree
4. Customer Service Executive
  • Graduate from a recognized university under a 10+2+3 pattern.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/ GHA/ Cargo/ Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
5. Jr. Customer Service Executive
  • 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/ GHA/ Cargo/ Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
6. Ramp Service Executive
  • 3–year Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile recognized by the State Government.
  • ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in Motor vehicle.
7. Utility Agent – Ramp Driver SSC/ 10th Standard Pass
8. Handywoman SSC/ 10th Standard Pass
9. Handyman SSC/ 10th Standard Pass

Age Limit:

  • The upper age limit of the candidates varies from 28 years to 55 years according to their posts.

Salary Details:

  • The selected candidates will get a salary range from Rs. 17,850/- to Rs. 60,000/- according to their posts.

Selection Process:

  • The selection of the candidates is based on the Personal/ Virtual Interview/ Trade Test/ Physical Endurance Test.
