- Candidates must possess a graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to candidate having Airline/ Aviation Graduation or Airline Diploma or Certified course. Should be proficient in use of PC.
- Candidate must carry original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) at the time of appearing for the Trade Test.

- The Selection Process of AIATSL Recruitment for
- Customer Service Executive posts: The selection is based on a Personal Interview and Group Discussion.
- Ramp Service Agent/Utility Agent – Ramp driver posts: The selection is based on a Trade Test comprised of Trade Knowledge and Driving Test including the Driving Test of HMV. Those passing the Trade Test alone will be sent for a Screening and Interview.
- Handyman posts: The selection is based on the Physical Endurance Test (like Weight lifting, and running). Those qualifying for the Physical Endurance Test alone will be sent for a Personal Interview.
