- Handle more critical/sensitive transactions.
- Coding activities on the assigned project

- Create “New Term Request” and prioritize.
- Dictionary upversioning activity
- Migrations / Set up / Close out activities apart from Study Conduct activities
- May do the Peer QC of the TJDA activities.
- Complex problems and refers to Supervisor/Line Manager in rare cases.
- Handle first level processing of transactions.
- Quality requirements, achieve targets.
- Proactively identify issues.
