Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Monitor production servers, scheduled jobs, and incident management.
- Provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, and Cloud environments.
- Handle incidents and requests from end-users, analyze issues, and provide solutions.
- Adhere to security, compliance, and customer communication etiquettes.
- Participate in continuous service improvement plans and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as a buddy for new hires and ensure adherence to Cognizant policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/ M.E/M.Tech/ MCA/ M.S/M.Sc (any specialization, full-time)
- Batch: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
- Academic Record: Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG with no standing arrears.
- Must be Indian nationals / OCIs / PIOs currently residing in India.
- Willingness to relocate to any location in India and work in any shift, technology, or domain based on project requirements.
