Job Responsibilities
- Handle US Healthcare Non-Voice Process.
- Work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.
- Ensure efficient communication and maintain quality standards.
- Provide support based on US Healthcare system guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams and maintain productivity levels.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: Non-Technical Graduates (B.Com, B.A, B.B.A, B.Sc, B.Pharma, etc.)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and basic knowledge of US Healthcare.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Location: Must be based out of Hyderabad.
- Candidates interviewed in the last six months are not eligible to reapply.
