Job Description for Business Development Intern:

• Support the promotion of Crediwatch’s products and new features to prospective and existing clients
• Establish right contact within companies and develop long term relationships based on building trust and credibility
• Support the process of proactively identifying and qualifying leads and new prospects
• Coordinate the process to set-up product demos with prospective clients
• Communicate company products and services effectively
• Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver information in an easily understood manner
• Excellent work and professional ethics
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and handle pressure

Job Description for Project Management Intern:

• The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, issues and risks of the project.
• Make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
• Project Coordinator must communicate with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
• Assist with resource scheduling and assigning tasks to team members
• Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between different stakeholders.
• Execute project management administrative tasks.
• Support engineering team members to ensure completion of project tasks.
• Liaise between Production support and engineering teams to ensure customer queries are addressed

Job Description for Support Intern:

• First and all subsequent contact to customer
• 9*5 support via phone, email, and online platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
• Basic Level 1 troubleshooting, redirect to L2/L3 as required
• Search product documents to verify if reported problems are already known issues with a defined resolution plan
• Impact analysis with accurate classification of reported issues to ensure appropriate prioritization
• Assisting in qualification/replication of the reported issue in an appropriate customer environment
• Information gathering to ensure complete availability of details required for root cause analysis
• Problem routing/escalation to second/third level support or third parties where required
• Gather the required information, Document solutions and create a knowledge repository to best handle customer inquiries.
• Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written)
• Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence
