Job Description:

• Managing inventory and high availability for specific customers or specific countries in the region.
• Part of a global supply chain organization in a function that links the regional sales organisation and our factories worldwide.
• Assisting with ad-hoc and ongoing analyses of supply, delivery and customer orders in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of product availability
• Working with Factories at different organizational levels to ensure optimal availability
• Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
• Optimize the inventory levels on a continued basis
• Inventory controlling
• Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
• Providing Analyses for Sales, S&OP, Stock Targets, Factories
• Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region
• Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers
• Other tasks as required on the job agreed with a direct Manager
• Cooperate with internal sales & update on Daily, Weekly, Monthly follow-up on Order Management, Regional Root cause and Availability performance
• Support for Sales and Customer Service team through Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and tasks assigned to support regional sales and customer service

Skills:

• Should have 1 year of experience in SAP (MM and SD modules) along with BI (P13) reporting system
• Excel, PowerPoint, Access used for KPI, analyzing, presentations, etc.
• Should have good communication & strong analytical skills
• Should be an initiator & focus highly continuous improvement
• Good knowledge on reporting, planning & organizing, Supply chain  & root cause problem solving.
