Technical competencies:

• Demonstrate working knowledge and or understanding of Principles of Financial and Cost Accounting ,IFRS and Ind- AS standards , Principles for financial reporting purposes ,Depreciation accounting ,Capitalization of assets, Basics of Auditing rules , Accounting processes
• Demonstrate working and or understanding of the Financial tools/ERP Oracle R12 used and various other tools to facilitate accounting functions
• Demonstrate knowledge of communication protocol for stakeholder groups Escalate issues as and when necessary
• Awareness and adherence to Information security requirements

Competencies:

• Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & Power-point) and good typing skills( Minimum typing speed 18 to 25 Wpm with 95% Accuracy rate )
• Should have basic knowledge of US Mortgage and Title Insurance Concepts .
• Ability to Retrieve relevant information using appropriate Online Business-related Websites Ability to use these tools to perform required search and collate information.
• Ability to Process Simple, Medium and High complexity tasks
• Follow the set guidelines/framework while structuring all work products Maintain compliance to the Quality metrics
• Ability to display the culture of FTR (First Time Right) While processing orders

Technical Skills:

• Educational Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years of formal education BBA, B.Com, MBA Finance / Accounting
• Professional work experience of 0 to 2 years.
