Job Responsibilities
- Cabin Grooming: Responsible for the grooming of the cabin for both base and transit flights.
- Coordination: Work with internal departments and outsourced cleaning agencies to ensure timely completion of grooming tasks.
- Personal Supervision: Direct supervision of cabin grooming to ensure it meets IndiGo’s standards.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure that the cleaning agency adheres to company SOPs.
- Records Management: Maintain updated records of all activities and attendance of the outsourced agency.
- Report Submission: Timely submission of all reports related to cabin grooming to the reporting manager.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety responsibilities and accountabilities as per Indigo’s Safety Policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the service or aviation industry for non-freshers; +12/Diploma is mandatory.
- Freshers: Graduation is mandatory for freshers, and the degree certificate is essential.
- Tattoo Policy: No visible tattoos allowed.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ground Staff Only: Applicants must aspire to roles in Security, Customer Service, or Ramp.
- Grooming Standards: Business formal wear is required for both male and female applicants during the interview.
- Resume Requirements: Updated hard copy resume with correct mobile number and email ID, and a passport-sized photo stapled.
- Documents for Experienced Candidates: Previous employment letters, experience certificates, and AEP surrender copy for aviation experience are required.
