Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support with international clients.
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and interpret new information from the customer’s perspective.
- High emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, and graveyard shifts.
- 100% work from the office.
