Job Description:
As a Customer Engineer at FTA, you will primarily be working with customers in providing thoughtful guidance & sharing best practices to ensure reliable, scalable, secured and cost optimized deployment of their Infrastructure & Applications on Microsoft Azure. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Directly engage with customers and partners to validate & accelerate new Azure and existing Solutions for Azure migration & modernize; partner with other Customer Engineers to provide end to end guidance.
- Accelerate the customers’ project. Provide knowledge and insight to build the customers’ confidence and drive customer resilience.
- Drive product improvement by capturing product related feedback that can be triaged by the relevant Product teams.
- Contribute to documentation through sample scripts, blogs, architecture best practices.
- Partner with FTA Program Managers in helping them scope pre-qualified complex projects.
