- Candidates must be proficient in Marking references and page numbers on letters, Taking action on letters, Typing, Maintenance of registers are eligible for the post.
- Candidates must be proficient in Cooking, and must have knowledge of the basic principles of cooking, Before starting work, they should ensure that the kitchen and all utensils under utilisation are clean and Proper cleaning of cereals and other foodstuffs prior to cooking are eligible for the post.
- Candidates must be proficient in the Physical maintenance of records of the Section, General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section / Unit Carrying files etc are eligible for the post.
