- Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings
- Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes.
- Maintenance of centralised files/ folders for all advertisements campaigns
- Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory
- Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses
- Maintenance of NPRA records/ evidences and follow up for closure of the product review.
- Maintaining Service Now tool for NPRA reviews
- Reviewing merchant exception cases in line with approved merchant onboarding SOP.
Requirement and Skills:
- Graduate in any stream
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Operations or similar unit
- Good with MS Office Suite- MS Excel, MS Word
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
