Job Responsibilities:
- As a Junior Technical Landscape Owner, you (together with the other TLOs) are the primary SPOC and E2E responsible for all customer landscapes.
- Apart from this you are supporting the Head of Technical Service Management and your PLO colleagues in optimizing processes (e.g. alert management, automation) and improving the end-user experience (e.g. performance).
Qualifications and Skills:
