Job Description
Tech Mahindra is seeking highly skilled and experienced content writers to support their Language Model and Generative AI initiatives. As a Regional Content Writer, you will enhance the content generation capabilities of AI systems by writing, rewriting, and editing content in your language of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, rewrite, edit, and enhance content for clarity and correctness as per given guidelines.
- Review summaries to ensure 100% quality and usability for AI model training.
- Collaborate with client product teams and other stakeholders to align project requirements.
- Develop training content and define guidelines to address gaps in documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify language-related challenges.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to writers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in any one language: Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, or Urdu.
- High proficiency in English Language (Writing and Speaking).
- Strong background in writing content in various genres and formats.
- Understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
