Job Description:
- The Change Management Engineer (CME) will lead multiple development and testing and data teams through diagnosis and repair of miss-configurations, network failures, data errors and other mistakes that cause user experience problems in web-based applications.
- The engineer is responsible for contacting development teams, lead triage phone calls, and manage triage chat rooms.
- The CME is expected to drive communication continuously during the process of diagnosis and repair.
- Communications include making leadership phone calls, following up on email chains and announcing the conclusion of issues.
Skills Required:
- The engineer is expected to learn to validate connections down-stream and up-stream using opensource tools such as KubeCTL, Curl and specialized tools. They are an outgoing individual with technical abilities.
