Job Description:
- Receive calls from worldwide SW development tools users and provide direct solutions for basic requests;
- Analyze errors from SW Development tools in a direct dialogue with the users;
- Document and categorize requests in the standard HELLA ticketing system;
- Offer support for local projects regarding SW Development processes and tools usage.
Skills Required:
- IT Professional or with general IT background or BE/B. Tech or any equivalent degree
- At least one years experience
- Broad IT background and understanding;
- C programming and scripting are considered an advantage;
- Knowledge about configuration management and version management is a plus;
- Requirements management tool knowledge is regarded as an advantage;
