- They promote, facilitate, and manage the administration of benefits and retirement for employees in close partnership with Hitachi’s help and retirement partners.
- The Specialist also collaborates with the Total Rewards COE to ensure that policies are documented and updated and to resolve any escalated inquiries.
Skills Required:

- Supports the implementation of a regional Benefits and Retirement strategy, working with the Total Rewards COE and BU HR

- Collects audit data with third parties and manages compliance risks
- Acts as a point of escalation for benefits and retirement inquiries, escalating to Total Rewards COE as needed.
