Job Description:
- Product issue diagnosis.
- Testing and confirming customer voice.
- Guide the technicians to repair.
- Supervise the repair process as per the SOP and quality guidelines.
- Testing and confirmation of issue resolution.
- Reporting the issues and action taken to HO in the standard format.
- Implement field fix.
- OJT to technicians for any product / process improvements. Joining Date- 10th Jan 2022.
Here is the proposed Hiring process:
- Online assessment on Aptitude and Technical ( Will be sent to respective candidates mail ID)
- Shortlisted candidates will be communicated via mail with an interview date, time, and link to join.
- Shortlisted candidates to go through a technical round followed by an HR round.
- Selected candidates to be informed about their status immediately after the interview making a spot offer after confirmation on joining date and location by the HR.
- There are positions available PAN India so joining location will be closer to the current/native state but this is subject to position available and completely at Ola HR team discretion.
