Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across customer’s lifecycle using CRM tool (Clevertap)
- Measure and report performance of all CRM marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Be responsible for growth of assigned region; use multiple levers such as discounting, communication, creatives across customer’s lifecycle
- Coordinate with marketplace, content and creative teams to get campaigns live
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise performance based on the insights
- Design and test hypotheses in experiment format
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Good to have:
- Knowledge of CRM tool like Clevertap, moengage, webengage
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred

- Present cutting edge performance plans which is frugal & impactful on business

In 6 months,

Qualification:
- Preferably MBA from top B-school/Master’s with technical degree from NIT/IIT/IIIT
- B.Tech: NIT/IIT
