Roles And Responsibilities For Social Media Analyst:

• Your role is to mine data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points and insights across multiple channels.
• It would help if you worked closely with the Machine Learning team to build large training sets and get along with multi-functional teams to build scalable solutions.
• Your role is to design, create and deliver data reports and build Tableau dashboards.
• You need to develop standard Social Media KPI reports and work on ad-hoc reports focusing on emerging social media topics.

Skills and Qualifications Required For Social Media Analyst:

• You should possess a good experience in identifying key trends across various digital and social media channels like Twitter, Facebook, Forums, etc.
• You should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with data mining, analytics, and reporting/visualization in the areas of social metrics like post reach, potential reach, emerging trends, virality rate, KOLs etc.
• You should possess Hands-on experience in writing keyword queries to fetch social media data from third-party tools like Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, etc.
• You should possess Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries to fetch data from internal databases.
• You should be able to articulate hypotheses and derive insights that influence business decisions.
• You should have good experience presenting insights to leadership and technical and non-technical audiences.
• You should have outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• It would be best if you were Exposure to SQL and Python, which could be an advantage for you.
• Proficiency in building Tableau dashboards for larger data sets
• You should be exposed to NLP concepts in the social space is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities For Genius:

• As a Genius, your role is to provide insightful information and friendly, hands-on technical support to Apple customers in need. 
• Your responsibility is quickly to diagnose product problems on the spot and clarify situations with patience and empathy. 
• After determining whether repairs can be done or an alternate is needed, you offer solutions to get users up and to run rapidly. 
• Even if you’re juggling more than one customer, you stay informed of their time demands as well as your own. You fulfil Apple’s service commitment with style, speed, and skill. 
• You need to earn the trust of customers and coworkers alike as you offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training.

Skills Required For Genius:

• Should have Strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Should be able to handle composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
• Powers to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
