Job Description:
- Handling information and data related to Insurance Procedures
- Claims were closing, Data Entry, Indexing, reviewing, making nonfinancial changes, documentation, etc.
- Provides follow-up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved.
- Builds relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to promptly.
- Escalates issues to management when needed
- Works with management to set daily priorities to provide prompt and efficient service
- Maintains flexibility in a high-speed, demanding team environment
- Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
Skills Required:
- Freshers/ 0 to 6 months preferably in insurance or related domain (Underwriting, Mortgage, Hardships, research and analysis, documents reviewing or insurance)

- Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST/6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST due to daylight savings
