Job Description:
- Creating and logging the requirement status request in the RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with the recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally.
- Holding weekly calls with the Business Unit leads, Business Group Leads, and sales on the demand fulfillment.
- Providing the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demands
- Work with Senior leaders across the board to produce customized solutions to staffing challenges at a Project/location level.
