Job Description:
- The primary aim of the Trainee Software Engineer – Backend Java to develop and deliver enhancements in the Pelican products with high quality and on-time.
- Module programming, unit testing and Integration testing
- Quality management of own work
- Review of code, documents and test cases
- Experience in Messaging middleware using JMS or MQ API will be preferred
- Should have knowledge in Core Java and advanced concepts like XML parsers (DOM/SAX), JNI, JDBC.
- Should have good command in writing SQL queries.
- Should have knowledge in Shared memory, multi-processing, and multi-threading concepts
- Working knowledge of Spring, hibernate
- Working knowledge of REST Web Services with JSON/XML
- Problem solving and debugging skills
- Proactive in solving the issues
- Proactive in learning new skills
- Good communication skills, strong analytical and logical skills
